  Very poor management but tech's were great. I went in today for a standard oil change and was told that my car needed synthetic oil, I was never given an option for anything different. I started questioning it when I noticed I was charged over $100 for an oil change. When I mentioned it to the lady at the front desk she said that is what my car had to have. I decided to contact my husband and he said that my car does not need synthetic and that they were trying to over charge me. I then told her that I didn't want synthetic. She walked outside and told the tech that I didn't want synthetic and to use conventional but he already was pouring synthetic in my car. He said it was fine to just give it to me. The lady then called the manager to come issue me a partial refund since I did not need synthetic like I was told I did, and he refused since it was already in my car. He never even came out to talk to me which was rude in itself. I was paying ahead because my plan was to leave my car there and my husband was going to pick it up later and I just wanted everything to be done when he got there. After the whole fiasco and dealing with the manager, my car was done and ready for me to take with me (well besides that they forgot to clean my battery terminals which I paid extra for so I waited a minute on that). My husband tried calling and reasoning with the manager but he was rude and acted like he didn't care. The tech was wonderful and very efficient but, needless to say, we will not do anymore business with this place, I was definitely taken advantage of and treated horribly by the manager!
