  I normally love B&N, however, today, Mr. Blue hair register person repeatedly told me "regardless, your total is..." because he wasn't able to input my 20% off coupons. I told him I bought all of the books because I had three 20% off coupons. He was able to do one. I asked if I needed to do multiple transactions and his response was, "I don't know what's going on, but regardless, your total is...
  The correct answer should have been, let me get someone who could help you.
