  I used the grocery app for the first time and was utterly disappointed. The concept is great, but execution was a total failure. After driving from Daniel Island and back (18 minutes each way), I noticed that i was only given half of my order. After returning to get the rest of my order, the staff treated me has a burden and acted like they were bothered. Daniel (the manager, I presume) was great, but couldn't overcome the staff's underwhelming performance. I will be giving them another chance, but I'm not holding my breath.

  A week or so ago my daughter and son picked out two bikes. 20in girls mongoose wired freestyle and 20in boys green mongoose hoop d. I decided to go back when they were not with me and the bikes were gone even though many were available at the time. Jackie, an assistant manager, went above and beyond checking all stock in all areas of the store. She was so helpful and acted as though she wanted my children to get these bikes also. We never did find them even though the website said they were there. She took my phone number and bike descriptions in the case more shipped in later. Just the experience of her interest and willingness to help my mission made me a very happy customer. This is not my normal experience at Wal-Mart.
