  My husband and I live out of state, but we had a rental that we needed to sell. Selling a home is stressful in itself but not living in the same state while selling is even more stressful. We didn't know any realtors, so the search began. Searching the internet and reviewing realtors was the first step, and then I spoke with Caleb Pearson based on many factors. His personality, selling and buying rate, and "go get em" attitude were top reasons. From him to the closing coordinator there was never a time I doubted them. They were all professional and on top of my questions and concerns every time I had them. If anyone asks for a realtor in Charleston area I will always refer the Caleb Pearson team to anyone. We got an offer on our home seven days after listing, and the rest is history. Thank you Caleb, Alexis, and Shay for an experience we will always remember and be thankful for.
