  I had Wild Thyme cater my November wedding. We had a tasting in the spring and the food was incredible, we were so excited. When the wedding came the food was NOT the same as what we were served at the tasting. My groom and I went up for the food before anyone else and the biscuits were like rocks and completely cold. Several of our guests told us this as well. It was really disappointing because our tasting went so well and we had a fairly good experience with Wild Thyme before the wedding. I don’t think they made any effort to keep the food warm and that was the main problem.
